DDoS

Some of you may be unable to access Toonbook, not receiving any error messages, just a 'Server Not Found' error or something like that. Just got off the phone with the host, and they believed we were being DDoS'd. As a good host would do, they blocked all IPs involved. Thing is, we were never being DDoS'd. It was just a large server load. Currently working to allow you guys back on Toonbook.

EDIT: Toonbook should be back! The issue was, we had a large amount of users online, and the chat module was pinging too much, as the potentially DDoS requests were to the chat module's ping URI.
